  • Maximum occupancy: 12 occupants. Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.
  • Minimum age to rent: 25 years. The tenant named on the Agreement/Booking must occupy the property for the entire tenancy.
  • No events or parties. If a party/event occurs at the property, management may evict tenants and guests with no refund.
  • If it is determined that a party took place on any reserved night, the reservation guest will be charged $500.
  • No uninvited guests without permission.
  • Manager and owner are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.

  • Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a limited damage waiver fee.
